Knowing the application of business cards helps generate business.

Business cards are a must for almost any worker, although while they are cheap and easy to print, designing them is another story. Not everyone knows how to use business card reader on Illustrator or Photoshop, so it never hurts to have some alternative available to use predefined templates to design ours. 

There are lot of business card app that is a completely free application and one can easily use them to create their business card. The process is extremely simple and, even though it is true that you can pay to expand the functions (how to load your own sources), the free version is more than enough.

Easily save your new contacts

There are two ways to save the contact information of the scanned cards in the contacts of your mobile device with help of business card reader:

• Automatically (on iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch): To save the information from any scanned card, from the Account tab go to Settings> Camera> Business cards and press 'Save to Contacts'.
• Manually: Select Save to contacts found in the options menu (iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch) or in the pop-up menu that appears after each completed scan (Android).

You can also change the default notebook where the cards are stored (on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Android) and add a default label (on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch). From the Account tab (on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch), or from the navigation menu (Android), select Settings> Camera> Business cards and select Notepad (on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Android) and / or Label (on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch) to change your preferences.

Make all the modifications that you consider appropriate and, when they are perfect, click on the share button in the upper right corner. Previous to save something, click on the world icon and choose "Private" so that no one can observe it on the web proposal.

That said, the application will give you three saving options: JPEG (to which you can change the quality), PNG (respecting transparency) and PDF, which is what you are most interested in if you plan to print it. Verify the High print quality option box and then click on Download as PDF. It is also an excellent thought to have it in JPEG format to allocate it on social networks sites or pass it by mean of different messaging applications.
